Mental age test
An entertaining estimate of thinking style, mapped to an age.
Mindz tests are for entertainment, self-reflection, and learning. They are not medical or psychological diagnoses and they do not replace professional advice.
Mental age, on Mindz, is a metaphor. It is not the age of your brain, and it is not an IQ. The questions ask how you spend a free day, how you treat plans, novelty, other people, and unfinished problems.
Your result is a single age plus a profile. Two people can both land on 31 for different reasons. Read the bars, not only the number.
How to play
Answer in the way you actually behave, not the way you wish you behaved on a good week.
There are no right answers. Each option adds weight to traits such as curiosity, planning, nostalgia, and risk.
The weights are fixed. The same answers always produce the same age.
You can add your real age at the start if you want a comparison. Skip it if you prefer not to.
At the end you get an estimated mental age, a short reading, and trait bars saved only on this device.
What your result suggests
A higher mental age here usually means the answers carried more planning, patience, nostalgia, or independence. A lower one usually means more curiosity, spontaneity, creative recombination, or comfort with small risks.
Neither direction is maturity in the moral sense. A 22 and a 54 can both be thoughtful. They just spend attention differently.
The other side of the result
Mood, language, and the week you are having will move answers. That is why history is more interesting than a single sitting.
The questions are about preference and habit. They do not measure processing speed, memory span, or health.
Culture changes what a “spontaneous weekend” means. Treat the age as a Mindz scale, not a universal fact.
Frequently asked questions
What is a mental age test?
On Mindz it is a self-report questionnaire that maps habits and preferences to an estimated age and a trait profile. It is a mirror for reflection, not a medical test.
Is this scientifically accurate?
No. Mindz uses a transparent, deterministic scoring method for entertainment and reflection. It is not a validated clinical or psychometric instrument.
Does mental age change?
Your answers can. Sleep, a new job, or a different season will shift the result. The scoring itself does not drift.
Can I retake it?
Yes. A new result is added to your local history. The previous one stays until you clear data.
Does Mindz store my answers?
Your answers are scored in the browser. Mindz saves the result summary on this device if you finish. It does not need an account, and the answer-by-answer sheet is not uploaded.
Can I share the result?
Yes. Share the age and the link. You do not share the individual answers, and nobody has to create an account.
Saved on this device only. Retaking adds a new result. It does not erase the earlier one.
